What I would do if I were starting today, with agents instead of juniors and one offer in twenty open to beginners. No course to sell.
Ten years ago I entered the trade after three months of learning. The trade has since become a different trade, and getting in is harder. In these letters I write what I would do in the place of someone starting now: how to build the first thing with a user with an agent, how to break a problem into tasks, how to get a mid’s experience without a junior’s job.
